The Board of Trustees meets once a month, and any property owner is welcome to attend. Currently, the meetings are on the last Tuesday of every month, at 7:30PM at one of the trustee's home. Contact a trustee for the current location. Any resident or property owner planning to attend the meeting is advised to contact a Trustee to verify the meeting, as meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled as necessary. The annual general meeting to elect a trustee is held in early spring in the University City Public Library auditorium. The specific date and time of this meeting is included in the annual assessment. Street Repair Project In 2003, the Board of Trustees voted to begin a street repair project that will update the streets and curbs within University Park Subdivision over the next several years. A contractor was hired and the streets were ranked according to the severity of repairs needed. Two blocks were completed that year In 2004, sidewalks were replaced and potholes filled throughout the subdivision. Curbs were replaced on one block and another is scheduled for 2006. No timeline for completion has been set but streets will be repaired in the order they were ranked by the contractor. For a full listing of blocks and rankings, click here. |
