No building, garage outbuilding or subsidiary building shall be erected unless the plans and specifications have first been approved by the two Trustees or a majority of them. Fences are permitted up to 6 feet in height above grade and may be located in the side or rear yards. Fencing in the front yard is not permitted in the subdivision.
