Trustees

As provided by the Indenture, University Park Subdivision is governed by a three (3) member Board of Trustees. The Board is elected directly by the property owners of the Subdivision. The Indenture outlines very specific procedures and regulations under which the Board must operate.University Park Subdivison's Board of Trustees' foremost responsibility is to uphold the Indenture to preserve the integrity of our community.

Working under the constraints of the Indenture, the Trustees oversee the overall maintenance and upkeep of the Subdivision. As representatives from the University Park Subdivision community, the Board works in close contact with University City officials and representatives from area utility companies to ensure their responsibilities are met in our Subdivision.

Each member of the Board receives a $50.00 monthly stipend to off-set miscellaneous expenses such as gas for driving in the Subdivision, postage for mailing Subdivision correspondence, copying services, etc.

The Board of Trustees meets once a month, and any property owner is welcome to attend. Currently, the meetings are on the last Tuesday of every month, at 7:30PM at one of the trustee's home. Contact a trustee for the current location.
